Austalia Part 3 - Sydney
This was day 2, part 2! I walked from Bondi Beach down the coast to Coogee. That night I joined some fellow photographers for a sunset shoot of the opera house.

This was the spot I ate ice cream on the grass while enjoying the perfect weather. Normally I would be enticed to swim or lay on the beach, but I desired a long walk. So no swimming today.
The view was enticing. I happened to show up on one of the first days where art installations were set up all along the walk. Art show and excellent views!
It's often difficult to remember in photography that looking back is can be more important than looking forward. This is one of my favourites; looking back at the path I just tread.
Part of the path I was using had been washed away during a particularly rough storm. Usually, the path doesn't go directly into the cemetery, but I'm glad it did.
This was the home stretch with Coogee in the distance. I was on a time crunch at this point, racing the sun to get a sunset picture.
This was the sunset from Mrs Macquarie's Chair. I got absolutely soaked trying to get his picture because the tide came in much quicker than I anticipated. Luckily some new friends lent me a dry cloth to wipe my camera off.
This funnily enough is the only close up picture of the opera house I liked. I was glad I took the time to capture this shot. The gardens were closing, so security was giving me constant reminders to get going. They were very patient.
