Japan Day 8.1 - Nara

I thought I had planned out this day pretty well, and that I’d have a super full day. The truth was the crowds were so low that I didn’t have any problems getting into any of the temples I wanted to.

This had the happy accident of forcing me out of my comfort zone and going up to the top of the mountain road. It was one of the most important and amazing walks I’ve had in recent years.
